After completing her ophthalmology training in Little Rock in 1995, Dr. Kinslow moved to El Dorado and started practicing at the South Arkansas Eye Clinic. She built the beautiful Magnolia Surgery Center in 2013 and then founded Kinslow Eye & Laser Center, which has recently expanded to three locations. Dr. Walters is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who completed his residency training at Tulane University Hospital and Clinics.
He treats medical and surgical diseases of the eyes and eyelids, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, ptosis and cataracts. Dr. Christian specializes in pre- and post-op cataract care, glasses & contacts and offers comprehensive eye care. She worked with Dr. Ivory Kinslow at South Arkansas Eye Clinic beginning in 2007 and then joined Kinslow Eye & Laser Center in its new El Dorado locations.
Natalie Cooper collaborates with Dr. Kinslow and Dr. Walters and sees children 9 ages and up for evaluations. She specializes in evaluation and treatment of dry eyes in her dry eye clinic and she also has a specialty in Botox and hyaluronic acid facial fillers.
