Dr. Francis Pinard is a 1984 graduate of Saint Michael's College in Winooski, Vermont and received his doctorate training at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.
He has been in practice in Newport for over 25 years.
Dr. Pinard specializes in contact lenses fitting, primary eye care, ocular trauma, and Lasik and cataract surgery consultations/co-management.

Tara's desire to continue her education led her to enroll in the Optician's course through Community College of Vermont, where she graduated with her Associates Degree in Applied Science.
Tara became a licensed optician in Vermont shortly after graduation.
She is a proud member of The Vermont Opticians Association and The Opticians Association of America.
