Dr. Cox has been in the private practice of Optometry, in Beachwood, for the past 34 years.
He was active in The Shaker Heights Rotary Club for over 20 years.
He and his wife, Kathryn, have been married for over 30 years and have 2 daughters, one a nurse and the other a T.V. producer.
He has extensive experience in eye examination, treatment of eye disease, surgical co-management, and the "difficult to fit" contact lens patient.
In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycles and is an NSCA class AA sporting clays shooter.

Dr. Gordon graduated from Miami University in 2002 with a bachelors in Zoology and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at The Ohio State University in 2006.
She followed up her education with a Residency in Ocular Disease from the Louis B. Stokes, Cleveland VA Medical Center.
It has been a distinct pleasure of her career to take care of the ocular and visual needs of Veterans at the Akron VA Outpatient Clinic.
Her experience at the VA has given her the abilities and knowledge to treat a wide range of ocular disease, while providing primary eye care.
She followed up her education with a Residency in Ocular Disease from the Louis B. Stokes, Cleveland VA Medical Center.
