The Hillsboro Eye Clinic, established in 1971, is a practice with 6 ophthalmologists and approximately 35 support staff.
Full optical and contact lens dispensing is offered.
The practice is located in Hillsboro, Oregon approximately 15 miles west of Portland with major freeway access.
The physicians operate primarily at Tuality Community Hospital in Hillsboro, blocks away from the main office.
A satellite office is located in the heart of the Tanasbourne shopping area, with easy access from Highway 26.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1972.
After serving his internship at the Kaiser Foundation Hospital in San Francisco, Dr. Lumaco returned to Seattle where he practiced family medicine for four years.
In 1978 he became board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Lumaco completed his ophthalmology residency at the Oregon Health Sciences University in 1981.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1972.
After serving his internship at the Kaiser Foundation Hospital in San Francisco, Dr. Lumaco returned to Seattle where he practiced family medicine for four years.
In 1978 he became board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Lumaco completed his ophthalmology residency at the Oregon Health Sciences University in 1981.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Idaho in 1994 with a degree in zoology and American government.
He then received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Washington in 1998.
Dr. Goins completed his internship at Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane in 1999.
He returned to Seattle to complete his ophthalmology residency at the University of Washington in 2002.
After training, Dr. Goins practiced comprehensive ophthalmology in Spokane where he enjoyed a busy medical & surgical practice for six years.
He then received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Washington in 1998.
Dr. Goins completed his internship at Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane in 1999.
He returned to Seattle to complete his ophthalmology residency at the University of Washington in 2002.
After training, Dr. Goins practiced comprehensive ophthalmology in Spokane where he enjoyed a busy medical & surgical practice for six years.
