Dr. Cobb is a native of Hamilton and graduated from Hamilton High School in 1986, graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Alabama in 1989, and then received his Doctor of Optometry degree (Cum Laude) in 1993 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Cobb spent 2 years in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where he practiced with Dr. Alva S. Pack III.
