Led by Dr. Scott Spector, Spector Eye Care has been treating patients since 1989. As we continue through 2021, Spector Eye Care has continued to grow at iPark in Norwalk and in our Stamford location, bringing on additional ophthalmologists and acquiring the newest, state of the art technology to maximize our patients' experience. We now offer more on-site procedures, such as floater laser removal.

We have also acquired top of the line diagnostic equipment, including a CellChek for endothelial cell counting and a Pentacam for anterior segment tomography, both of which enhance the effectiveness of eye surgeries. Spector Eye Care is also proud to present patients with premium service options for cataract surgery, the elective use of a femtosecond laser, and premium lens options.

The Spector Eye Care team offers world class quality eye care in a local and personalized environment. I had the honor of taking over his practice and caring for his patients.
The office had orange chairs, dark paneled walls, coral colored examination equipment, and dozens of antique ophthalmic instruments and devices.
My initial efforts as an ophthalmologist were to modernize the equipment, commit to educating my patients and the community, and dedicate myself to excellence and service.
Spector Eye Care is a full-service ophthalmology practice that performs general eye examinations, cataract evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of corneal diseases, laser eye surgery for nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism, and laser and surgical treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
Alongside our many in-office treatment options, our access to a private outpatient surgery center, New Vision Cataract Center in Norwalk, allows us to provide our patients with unsurpassed treatment in comfortable, convenient, and close to home locations.
We have been working throughout this pandemic to continue to provide quality care to our patients, both virtually, through telemedicine, and in our office.
We have been minimizing traffic in the office but have been taking care of all emergencies and urgent needs as they arise.

Paul Guerriero, MD is a Retina Specialist at Spector Eye Care in Connecticut who provides specialized vitreoretinal eye care for patients including advanced diagnostic testing such as Fluorescein Angiography and Ocular Coherence Tomography as well as the medical, laser and surgical treatment of diabetic retinopathy, management of macular degeneration and other diseases and problems of the Retina.
