Dr. Shepherd is a native of Cookeville and graduate of Tennessee Technological University.
He is licensed by the Tennessee Board of Optometry in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease.
He provides vision examinations, corrective spectacle and contact lenses, therapeutic eyecare, and medical management and referral services for your various ocular conditions and surgical care.
Dr. Shepherd received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2005, after completing externship training at The Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry, The Branch Medical Clinic at Mid-South Naval Base in Millington, TN, and Dr.'s Whitley and Hughes in Covington, TN.
