Dr. Loskot grew up in Overlea, Baltimore, Maryland.
After his undergraduate studies at UMBC he attended the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he earned the honor of Outstanding Clinician and received certification in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.
In 2005, he was the first in Harford County to provide Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT); a highly specialized fitting that allows his patients to SEE WITHOUT THEIR GLASSES OR CONTACTS by wearing a highly innovative contact lens while they sleep.
