Dr. Amber Cook grew up in Princeton KY; graduated from the University of Kentucky and the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.
She joined our staff in 2011 and is licensed as an optometrist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to perform expanded therapeutic procedures and anterior segment laser surgery.
