He did his internship at the Naval Regional Medical Center in New Orleans, and he did his undergraduate work at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.
He treats most eye diseases such as eye infections, corneal abrasions, foreign body removal, red eyes, allergies, dry eyes, iritis, problems associated with contact lens wear, evaluation of diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

The best part of it all, was Dr, Kirkconnell personally called me Monday afternoon to see if there was any improvement in my eye.
