Dr. Babak (Bob) Kamkar has been a California licensed optometrist since 1986.
Dr. Kamkar pursued undergraduate work in bioengineering at University of California, San Diego, and received his degree of Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton.
He is also one of few optometrists in California with additional credentials as a Qualified Medical Evaluator (Q.M.E.) and is experienced in providing Agreed Medical Evaluations (A.M.E.), expert witness testimonies, and Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) evaluations.
