Staff was very sweet and Dr. Copeland answered all my questions.

She even specializes in something called myopia control that can help prevent kids eyes from getting worse. Dr. Copeland was wonderful to work with! It was my daughter's first time getting glasses and Dr. Copeland was incredibly helpful with offering lots of different frames that were kid friendly and stylish.

Dry eye is caused by an inadequate tear layer.
Your tear layer sits on the surface of your eye.
It keeps your eye moist, provides protect and nutrients, and allows you to see clearly.
Not making enough tears, tear evaporation, or poor-quality tears can result in an insufficient tear layer.
Symptoms include blurry or fluctuating vision, difficulty wearing contact lenses, eyes that water, are red, feel gritty or sandy, burn or sting, and/or have an overall feeling of discomfort or irritation.
Anyone with permanent reduced vision is visually impaired, and can have a wide range of problems that require low vision services.
A low vision evaluation focuses on how the patient is functioning with his current level of sight.
This evaluation complements the care the patient is already receiving from his eye specialist who is managing the patient's sight reducing condition.
Any patient both young and old struggling with daily tasks because of vision is a good candidate for our low vision services.
