Elmquist Eye Group is a group of three ophthalmologists, two optometrists and a specialized vision care staff focused on surgical, medical and routine eye care for Fort Myers and Cape Coral residents. Trevor Elmquist, DO founded the practice over 25 years ago, and was joined soon after by Kate Wagner, OD.

More recently, Sarah Eccles-Brown, MD and Yasaira Rodriguez, MD joined to extend practice expertise in cataract surgical care, advanced lens implants, cosmetic surgery and services, and medical treatment of glaucoma, dry eye and other chronic conditions.Kate Wagner, OD and Nina Burt, OD manage our wellness clinic for routine eye care and management of chronic eye disease, and are supported by our extensive optical department.

Our new, state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers greatly expanded our ability to offer a full suite of diagnostic instruments for identification of all forms of eye disease. We offer comfortable patient exams rooms, and extensive optical shop that you can browse during visits.
