Dr. Toader grew up in Romania and moved to Chicago when she was 8 years old.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Psychology.
She then attended the Illinois College of Optometry and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctorate in Optometry, earning honors in all of her clinical rotations.
Dr. Toader has practiced in a wide range of settings including the Illinois Eye Institute, Sidney Hillman Health Center, and The Pangere Center at The Chicago Lighthouse alongside nationally-renowned ophthalmologists.
