This helps us get the most accurate glasses or contact lens prescription and gives us insight into the health of your eyes.
You may want to bring your sunglasses in with you for this reason.
Otherwise, we do provide complimentary disposable sunglasses.
You'll need your insurance card (whether medical and/or vision if applicable).
You'll also need to know the date of birth and social security number of the primary person listed on your insurance.
