With a small top-up fee, you can order any Tom Davies frame in any colour from the Tom Davies collection. All our frames can be custom made to fit you in any of our colours and have your name engraved onto the inside of the temple arm. Dr. Cathy Wittman, Therapeutic Optometrist, Optometric Glaucoma Specialist has been a Lubbock eye doctor on the South Plains providing thorough eye exams since 1998.
Her career in eye care began 33 years ago when she began working as an optometric assistant while attending Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology, and then as an optician in Houston.

Dr. Wittman is a participating provider with BlueCross/BlueShield, and you have coverage for routine eye exams under your Blue Cross/Blue Shield HealthSelect plus a contact lens fit is covered!
Are you a South Plains College employee?
Some insurances have out of network benefits and some do not.
Are you a Texas Tech employee?
Dr. Wittman is a participating provider with BlueCross/BlueShield, and you have coverage for routine eye exams under your Blue Cross/Blue Shield HealthSelect plus a contact lens fit is covered!
Are you a South Plains College employee?
If you are a returning patient, we will provide you with a pass-code to update your existing information.
Please remember to fill out tabs: DEMOGRAPHICS, MEDICAL HISTORY, MEDICAL INSURANCE, and VISION PLAN before you click the gray "submit data" box in the submit data tab.
If you do not have medical insurance and/or a vision plan, select "none".
If you need records sent to us, please print the "Records Release", fill it out and fax it to your previous or referring doctor.
All patients must consent to our privacy practices.
