He received his medical degree from the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine, Memphis in 1985.
He completed his training in Ophthalmology in 1991.
Dr. Browning is Board Certified in Ophthalmology with fellowship training as a Retinal Specialist.
He specializes in surgery of the eye and treatment of eye diseases including Glaucoma, Cataracts, and Diabetes.
