In 1977, Dr. Barry Jose opened Family Eyecare Center of Council Bluffs.
Since then, Council Bluffs residents have had a family friendly optometry clinic to serve all their eyecare needs.
The current office location at the corner of 16th and Avenue D has been home to Family Eyecare Center since 1992.
As Family Eyecare Center has grown, Dr. Ryan Lempp and Dr. Brad Carpenter have joined Dr. Jose in practice, allowing Family Eyecare Center to serve its growing patient base.
Family Eyecare Center's full staff of doctors, opticians, and front desk assistants have allowed it to provide the high level care which has been a standard since Dr. Jose first opened the doors.
