After practicing optometry in the community for 18 years, this new venue maintains the medical attention on eye health and also affords the opportunity to. Dr. Cynthia Ragland graduated with a B.S. from Iowa State University and later with honors from Southern College of Optometry in 1998. She moved back to Marshalltown with her husband Craig to raise their family in Marshalltown and to practice optometry. The support of family has made it possible for Dr. Ragland to be a part of the 13th Street neighborhood revitalization.
