Dr. Vinokur earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1981 after completing his undergraduate education at Tulane University in New Orleans.
His post-graduate training began with an internship at Hackensack Medical Center in New Jersey, followed by a residency and chief residency in ophthalmology at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
