Dr. Rebman is a native of Lancaster County and graduated from Hempfield High School.
He is a magna cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown and an honors graduate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia.
His formal clinical training includes externships at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and Wyomissing Optometric Associates.
