Dr. Nicole Pearce is not your typical community optometrist.
Her, and her husband Matthew's wanderlust and public health interests, led them to live in 5 states and 4 countries during their 13 years of marriage.
They have chosen to set roots and fulfill Nicole's career-long dream of opening a private optometry practice and boutique optical in the wonderful city of West Linn.
Dr. Nicole Pearce was born in Bucharest, Romania, relocating to Vancouver, Washington when she was in primary school.
She received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.
You & Eye prides itself on selecting fashion-forward eyeglass frames from socially and environmentally responsible companies.
You can select from a wide variety of stylish frames all of which are covered by You & Eye's all inclusive 2 year warranty.
We will help you select the frames that meet your visual needs and allow you to make whatever fashion statement you desire.
Nicole and Matthew Pearce are keen to fit contact lenses on any patient who wishes to try them.
Contact lenses are a good addition to eyeglass wear and can be worn by most people.
If you have astigmatism or need bifocal glasses, there are contact lens options for you as well!
Drs.
Nicole and Matthew Pearce are happy to fit patients who have not been successful in contact lens wear in the past.
Further, they are able to fit specialty contact lenses on those patients who are unable to wear standard lenses.
At You & Eye we have always loved teachers.
We appreciate them even more this year.
They are truly heroes.
Our kids remain excited about school despite it being virtual and are eager to sit at their desks and interact with their teachers.
Like you, we are not thrilled with the amount of screen time kids need to succeed these days, but we appreciate the reason why.
We wanted to spend just a couple of minutes to reassure you that everything will be ok despite this increase in screen time.
Some eye care providers and researchers have concerns that the blue light that comes from digital devices can cause harm.
