Eye to Eye Clinic in West Linn is open by appointment only. Eye to Eye Clinic is a healthcare facility and requires all patients & staff to wear face masks. Thank you for your cooperation. When you arrive to your appointment please stay in your vehicle and call us. We will make sure that our office is sanitized and ready and then meet you at the door to let you in.
Our door is locked at all times. Your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer at your forehead upon entrance into the office. Please understand that we are not able to let people in that walk up to our door without an appointment. If you have had any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (including a fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing) your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date.
Please arrive by yourself to your appointment. Exceptions will be made for minors or elderly patients that require assistance during their exam. All frames are cleaned and disinfected before and after handling.

Dr. Dalton is originally from Rhode Island and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York, College of Optometry in 2005.
Dr. Dalton then moved to New Haven, Connecticut, where she completed a residency program in Primary Care Optometry and Low Vision Optometry.
