Completing this checklist is often the very first step a family takes toward discovering the existence of our unique services as well as the possibility of a treatable visual component to their child's learning or behavior issues.
When applicable, we encourage the classroom teacher to also complete a checklist on behalf of the child.
They include typical behaviors, observable functional deficits and indicators of poor cognitive processing.
