Went here to get my sons eyes checked. My son was about 9 months at the time. The doctor was very gentle and playful with him. I was so nervous that he was going to cry and when they dilated his eyes, he didn't cry at all. The doctor I went to was very friendly and informative. I decided making an appointment myself for the next week and ended up with 2 new pair of glasses.

Due to COVID-19, they were the only optical store that were able to see me the very same day. Many places have weeks of delay to be seen and others were also booked.
My pair of glasses had broken, I was out of my contacts supply and I was due for my annual eye exam anyway.
Upon arriving, you see the clear indications of mandatory face masks and you're automatically greeted by Marbelly. She is so polite! I was seen rather quickly, considering the amount of staff is being limited to one receptionist and one optometrist.
For my first visit, I was seen by Linnett Molina and the second by Tharanie Amarawardana. Both very professional and thorough. If you make an appointment in advance, chances are you will be seen at that specific time which is always appreciated by patients.
The neighborhood isn't the best but the office is impeccable.

Whenever you need to go to the eye doctor, you may think of going to some sort of big-name place like VisionWorks, LensCrafters, etc.- but one thing you may be missing is a personal touch. it's one thing to have a doctor see you, and give you a prescription, and off you go; it's quite another to have the same doctor get to know you over the years, as well as your family. I would never go anywhere else, nor would I see any other doctor but mine. Every single person at Futura is amazing and a genuinely warm person. They have always been on point with their service and their knowledge. Need glasses/contacts? Do your eyes a favor and come in to Futura, ASAP.

Excellent service is all I can say! wow, I had been going to a big box Vision Center to save money and wow what a difference in service. The lady was so helpful and there was no wait time what so ever. They have a large selection of glasses and at reasonable prices. I much prefer this home-style personal service than the "big box" discount place for sure.

Had my eyes checked with the new doctors and the service was amazing. As soon as you enter the optical they greet you and make you feel comfortable. The doctor was super professional and explained everything in detail, telling me the different options to wear the lenses that fit my eyes needs and helping me select a beautiful frame. I definitely recommend this optical.
