Obtained Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry (2011).
Received Beta-Sigma-Kappa award for exceptional research (2011) for work on digital retinal imaging.
Clinical training includes Portland VA hospital, Hickam Air Force Base, and the Pacific University eye clinics in Portland, Oregon.
